Coaching, Leadership & Management Program

The Coaching, Leadership and Management (CLM) Programme allows individuals to incorporate coaching techniques into their leadership and management skills, maximising the potential of their teams.

Delegates are trained on the adoption and execution of specialised techniques which helps better understand the needs and wants of individuals, in turn enhancing the group dynamic within a workplace.

The CLM Programme is designed for those in a position of leadership at any level, or others wishing to develop management and leadership skills useful in all industries.

There are three levels of qualification for the Coaching, Leadership and Management programme:

Higher Education HE Level 5

An introduction level to coaching, individuals are familiarised with the basics of a coaching practice. Level 5 sessions target the self-development and establishment of trainee coaches before focusing on the unlocking of a client’s needs.

Assessment: 3000 word assignment to complete

Duration: 4 days

Higher Education HE Level 6

At an advanced level, coaches widen an existing skillset and deepen understanding. Individuals will further assess the implementation of coaching techniques and skills, and continue to develop balance with their judgements, ego and reasoning.

Assessment: 3000 word assignment

Duration: 4 days

Masters Level MD Level 7

Our Master’s Degree level of coach training which mentors coaches in developing and refining a method of practice. Delegates will be confident coaching independently and be able to establish a private coaching practice.
